SpoolTek Lures feature a totally concealed stainless steel cable leader that is attached to a patented internal spool. After hook-up, spooltek's revolutionary design deploys a heavy leader attached to a black nickel hook, which leaves the weighted lure well ahead of the fish's mouth. This makes it difficult for the fish to throw the hook using the weight of the lure for leverage. The stainless cable reduces chaffing and cut-offs all but eliminating lost lures and fish.

The Fatty 5” Bass Special is a hard bodied swimbait with a replaceable soft tail, available in Sinking (SK). It features a concealed braided leader, instead of the traditional stainless steel leader. It can be fished with a steady retrieve, slow rolled, jigged or with erratic slash movements. The concealed leader allows the use of the lighter leader for stealthier presentation and better lure action.
